ODP 2025 Rehearsal/Performance Schedule
Sat. Jan. 25th - 2:00-2:30 Warm up class for Level 6 and up, 2:45-5:00 Run through of entire show in costume at OAB studio. (No make up needed)
Sun. Jan. 26th - At Marian High School 11:30 Arrival time for dancers. 12:00-12:40 Warm up class Level 6 and up, short break, then start spacing pieces in order. I know this isn't very long, but we must plow through it. The running time of the show is about an hour 30 min., including intermission. Please arrive a little before your scheduled time in case we are running ahead of schedule. (Dancers in multiple pieces should have make-up finished, there is not a lot of time.) Dancers can wear costumes for spacing rehearsal for lighting purposes, if the lighting designer wants to see costumes.

• 3:00-5:00 Run entire show, in costume and makeup like a performance, cast photo of the ballet before we run the ballet portion, notes quickly after.
Jan. 28 - Feb. 1st the Academy is closed, no classes.

Fri. Jan. 31st - 4:30 Arrival time for dancers at Marian.
• 5:00-5:45 Warm up class for Level 6 and up
• 5:45-6:15 Dancers get dressed in their 1st costume
• 6:15-7:00 Fix any spacing issues for any pieces that need adjustments. This will have to be very quick!
• 7:00-9:00 Run entire show in costume, notes after run through.
Sat. Feb. 1st
• 12:00 Arrival time for dancers at Marian.
• 12:30-1:15 Warm up class for Level 6 and up
• 2:00 Performance
• Break for dinner
• 6:15-7:00 Warm up class
• 7:30 Performance
Sun. Feb. 2nd
• 12:00 Arrival time for dancers at Marian.
• 12:30-1:15 Warm up class for Level 6 and up

• Strike theater after the performance, any dancers’ help would be greatly appreciated!
